Duration & Booking
- Calculations are based on a 24-hour period.
- We offer a 30-minute grace period for returns; after this, additional hourly or daily charges may apply.

Fees & Payments
- A refundable security deposit (typically £200–£500) is required at collection.
- We operate on a "Full-to-Full" basis; please return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid refuelling surcharges.

Car Return Conditions
- Vehicles should be returned in a clean condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.
- We recommend taking photos of the fuel gauge and car exterior upon return to verify the condition.
