Purchase Options

JLN Rentals (Vehicle Hire)
We offer short-term and long-term vehicle rental options. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation upon payment.

JLN Autos (Vehicle Sales & Purchases)
We facilitate the buying and selling of vehicles. Vehicles may be secured through deposits or full payment, depending on the agreement.

Order Confirmation

  • All bookings and purchases are confirmed only once full or partial payment has been successfully processed
  • A confirmation will be provided via email or agreed communication method

Cancellation Policy

Strict No Cancellation Policy

All orders, bookings, and vehicle purchases made through JLN Rentals and JLN Autos are final.

  • Once payment has been made, cancellations are not permitted
  • Deposits and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Customers cannot cancel a confirmed rental booking or vehicle purchase for any reason

Changes to Orders

  • Requests to modify bookings or purchase agreements may be considered at our sole discretion
  • Any approved changes may incur additional fees
  • We are not obligated to accommodate any changes once payment has been made

Customer Responsibility

By proceeding with a purchase or booking, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed all details, including vehicle specifications, rental periods, and pricing
  • You fully understand and accept this No Cancellation Policy
  • You are committing to the transaction without expectation of cancellation or refund

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where JLN Rentals or JLN Autos cannot fulfil the agreed service, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer an alternative solution, or
  • Provide a resolution at our sole discretion
