No Refund Policy

All payments made to JLN Rentals (vehicle rentals) and JLN Autos (vehicle purchases and sales) are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Rental bookings and reservation fees
• Vehicle purchase deposits or full payments
• Any additional service or administrative fees

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Reviewing all booking or purchase details carefully before confirming payment
• Ensuring that the selected vehicle, rental period, or purchase terms meet their requirements

Cancellations and Changes

• Once a booking or purchase has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund
• Any changes to bookings or agreements are made strictly at the discretion of JLN Rentals and JLN Autos and may incur additional charges

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:

• A proven error on our part, or
• Situations where we are unable to provide the agreed service

Any such cases will be reviewed individually, and a resolution will be determined at our sole discretion.
