Cancel up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. No questions asked.
Partial refund
Cancellations made 12-24 hours before booking receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
Late cancellation
Cancellations within 12 hours of booking are non-refundable. Please plan accordingly.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

No speeding above road speed limits (this may result in your booking being cancelled).
Keep the vehicle tidy (subject to fees up to £150).
No drugs prohibited in the vehicle including alcohol and tobacco (subject to fees up to £200 and further investigation).
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle (subject to fees up to £150)
Refuel the vehicle to the level it was presented to you (subject to fees up to £80).
